Fashion: Feather Headbands

A colorful headband adorned in feathers - what a fun way to perk up an otherwise-plain black dress or black top & jeans.  I picked up mine shown here in August at Fire Finch in Nashville's Hillsboro Village for around $30.

Decor: Sparkly cupcakes for your tree

As I was out for a Saturday afternoon stroll, I came across the cutest cupcake ornaments hanging in the window of Climate Home on Fremont at Armitage.  It may have been the silver tree or the hint of winter in the air, but I had to have them.  Actually I had to have 3 - one for me, my mom and my sister.  As you will come to learn, I am impulse purchaser at times.  But, each ornament was only $4.99.  How could I pass that up?  They will be the perfect addition to my tree this year.
